Twenty-three years ago, I began the journey as the co-founder of CAI, and have served as its President/ CEO since 2008. Growing organically, CAI is now a $100 million revenue company with a global footprint of 500 employees. Today, the board and I are happy to announce that Mike Martin will be transitioning into the president role in late 2020 and CEO role in 2022. Please join me in welcoming him as CAI continues its journey of innovation, discovery and growth.

For more than thirty years, I have been engaged in the pharmaceutical industry and the engineering profession. I have served in leadership roles across the globe in many cultures and have had the pleasure of engaging with many incredible people to solve technical and operational problems. People are at the center of all things that we do. I am humbled to continue the journey that Bob Chew and the team at CAI have started. I look forward to working on the next chapter for CAI as we build a better working world and improve the human experience.
