A Message from Our President & CEO

As COVID-19 cases grow exponentially and the world starts to come to grips with what it might take to stem this tide, we at CAI stand ready to work with you on “business continuity” for your life-saving manufacturing and mission-critical projects. We understand the need to protect your production workforce, and we are prepared to work remotely as much as possible. We have established workforce protocols to provide a high degree of assurance that we can safely support all needs at your sites.

As a global company with a team in China, we have already seen through this crisis over the past two months, successfully maintaining continuity of service to our clients in that market. We also recognize that as this crisis eventually subsides, you will likely want to return rapidly to work and accelerate projects that may have been delayed. We are prepared to meet these needs, both with the manpower you require and the smart, innovative strategies necessary to streamline project delivery.

Thank you for allowing us to be your trusted solution and partner as you strive to build a better working world and improve the human experience.

About COVID-19

As of March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) characterized COVID-19 as a global pandemic, affecting hundreds of thousands of people around the world. The impact on public health and the global economy is rapidly evolving, and we must be resilient and prepared – both during the outbreak and long after public health has been restored.

Visit the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center for up to date, visual data.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a new virus strain that was first detected in China in 2019. Since its initial discovery, new cases are being reported around the world daily and many public health measures have been enforced to control the severity of the pandemic.

Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, and avoiding close contact with others, especially anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

Visit the World Health Organization’s Q&A page for quick info on a variety of COVID-19 topics.

With so many affected by this pandemic, we have to wonder what the effects will be on businesses.

CAI's Experience

CAI has been providing remote support to our clients for nearly 25 years. With a global team of 500+ employees and a history of remote collaboration, we have the experience and expertise to provide unique solutions to ensure our clients' success. Just last year at a large greenfield project in the Midwest, our team in Asia drafted documents during their day shift, enabling our freshly rested local team to peer review and finalize for submission to the site's project team. The remote support drastically reduced calendar-days needed to develop test protocols, specification documents, and SOPs. This solution is only one example of our expertise in providing remote support - read more case studies below.

All of our employees have the backing of CAI's virtual Knowledge Marketplace, giving them ready access to quality systems, best practices, lessons learned, and real-time questions/answers from our diversely experienced employees globally. Because of our global business model, all employees are experienced in leveraging team collaboration tools and remote access to project systems.
