Phil Pursifull

Phillip Pursifull is the Chief Financial Officer for Commissioning Agents.  Mr. Pursifull is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company and supervises all core accounting, treasury, and legal functions.  Mr. Pursifull was also a key member of the transition of Commissioning Agents from a private company to an ESOP held firm, and he has been the ESOP plan administrator since 2008.  Prior to assuming the financial role within Commissioning Agents in 2004, Mr. Pursifull was a field manager with Commissioning Agents performing project work.  Mr. Pursifull has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
