Pam Smith is an international finance executive with over 30 years of experience in building shareholder value, developing strategy, and driving profitable revenue. Ms. Smith is currently the Founder & CEO of PF Smith Consulting, a results driven consultancy practice that provides interim CFO services and helps to solve strategic, organizational and financial challenges for commercial companies.
Prior to founding her firm, Ms. Smith served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for Estee Lauder Companies and Senior Vice President & CFO for Redbox. She also held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Bank of America and Sara Lee.
Ms. Smith presently serves on the boards of the Florida First Coast YMCA and the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus where she is currently the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for both. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia.
