Pam Smith has over 30 years of business leadership and experience across Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Governance, M&A and Financial Reporting on a global scale. Ms. Smith is currently the Founder & CEO of PF Smith Consulting, a results driven consulting firm that provides interim CFO services, solves financial challenges, establishes strategy and improves profitability for clients.
Prior to founding her firm, Ms. Smith served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for Estee Lauder Companies and Senior Vice President & CFO for Redbox. She also held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Bank of America and Sara Lee.
Ms. Smith presently serves on the boards of the American Pop Corn Company (APCC) and the Florida First Coast YMCA. She serves as the Evaluation and Compensation Committee Chair at APCC and Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for the Florida First Coast YMCA. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia.
