Jess is a leader in operations, construction, commissioning, and human performance with 34 years of experience leading teams to achieve organizational objectives. An expert in achieving operational readiness in new construction projects, he is credited for bringing two hyper-scale Data Centers online, one pharmaceutical intravenous bag manufacturing and testing lines online, and two nuclear-powered submarines into the US Navy.
Jess’s leadership journey began with a 32-year career in the US Navy where he rose through the ranks from E-1 through selection for O-6 (Captain) becoming a specialist in nuclear new-construction and overhaul projects. Jess joined CAI in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager; based on demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects, Jess was elevated to Principal Consultant in 2019.
