James is a project manager with over 25 years of experience in the fields of operations management, commissioning and qualification, overhaul, plant/equipment startup, machinery preventive maintenance analysis, technical writing and review/auditing experience in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program and the pharmaceutical industry. He specializes in mechanical and automation project implementation and testing.
