Erik Adams

Erik has over 30 years of professional experience in engineering management as well as strategic and operational planning. He has led diverse, cross-functional, and geographically disperse teams on projects of up to $400M involving technical operations, program development, work management, and change management. Prior to joining CAI, Erik was a Director at a Management Consulting Firm serving the energy industry where he managed multiple projects involving major organizational strategy and process transformations including organizational project management maturity, enterprise asset management, predictive modeling, and organization efficiency. Erik also served 22 years as a Naval Officer specializing in the operation, maintenance, and repair of shipboard nuclear power plants and associated systems.
