Dave Sternasty

Dave Sternasty recently retired as the Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Global Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for Lilly. He has over 35 years of pharmaceutical operations and engineering experience with Lilly and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, having worked and lived in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Puerto Rico, and France. Dave played a crucial role in the design, construction, qualification, and operation of fill/finish and API manufacturing sites across various locations.
He recieved a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Dave serves as a board member for several non-profits, including the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis and Purposeful Design. He is also a Fellow for the SMART Manufacturing Grant committee for Conexus in Indiana. Dave and his wife Teresa reside in Indianapolis and have three grown children and one grandson.
