Seeking person with 1-3 years experience for entry level position with Talent Acquisition team.

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist within CAI’s Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the reporting and data needs of the team. Provide easily understood insights and recommendations to key decision makers and help establish and build dashboards to fully utilize our current Applicant Tracking System. Create and deliver strategies to attract, engage, and support the candidate workflow, including content across our social media accounts, targeted advertising, and strategic job posting campaigns. The role will help define intended outcomes and measure performances while consistently engaging with our candidate markets, hiring teams, and business leaders.
Data Analyst Responsibilities:
Lead, create, optimize, and maintain CAI’s reporting capabilities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Utilize reporting to make recommendations to leadership on Talent Acquisition efforts to strengthen candidate pipeline, evaluate overall recruiting process and gauge quality of hires
Review recruiting metrics and recognize trends
Proactively identify opportunities for data collection and reporting, technology, and workflow improvements.
Develop & implement a social media recruiting marketing campaign across different platforms in coordination with CAI’s Marketing team (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Create and design strategies to engage entry to senior level candidates
Build and maintain marketing branding initiatives, including collateral and content generation, employee reviews, and candidate outreach
Pilot and manage nurture campaigns in the ATS
1+ year of professional experience with a heavy emphasis on collecting, analyzing, organizing large data sets in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Experience supporting talent acquisition, including marketing a plus
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Highly dependable, very organized, and strong attention to detail necessary
Able to learn quickly, work independently and remotely
Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills; technical writing experience a plus
Outside the box mentality, positive attitude, creative storyteller
Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or any time in the future
Must have been vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting employment
