CAI is a 100% employee-owned company established in 1996, that has grown year over year to almost 500 people worldwide. We provide commissioning, qualification, validation, start-up, project management and other consulting services to FDA regulated and other mission critical industries.
CAI is seeking motivated Marketing Administrator to support biotech and pharmaceutical projects across the country. The marketing administrator is primarily responsible for providing marketing expertise, supporting our brand management, and supporting our internal and external stakeholders.  This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. 
CAI is seeking an energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, high performing individual to expand our marketing and sales operations.  A qualified candidate will know how to use Microsoft Office, learn how to learn, navigation and utilize our Client Relationship Management system, and support internal stakeholders with exceptional customer service. This position entails meeting project deadlines, supporting the organization of complex material, resume and proposal support and requires a strong work ethic.  This individual is expected to work remotely without continuous direct supervision.  The candidate should demonstrate high energy and an outgoing personality that adapts well to a variety of types of individuals within the organization. Candidate should also demonstrate flexibility while delivering excellent customer service and high-quality project results.  A successful candidate is expected to represent CAI in a professional manner.
Collaborate with each of our business area leaders, business development and operations team members, as well as others to achieve the following:
Marketing Events: Support the Mission Support Team and Director of Marketing and Sales with pre-show/conference planning and post-show/conference follow up.  Responsible for print marketing material management, booth management, including shipping and receiving, promotions item ordering as directed and inventory management.
Data Management and Reporting: Responsible for creating and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) contacts, quality control of inbound marketing and CRM platform data, and gathering and compiling data for marketing and sales reports.  
Administrative: Manage and maintain statement of qualifications (SOQ), project profiles, employee and project photographs, etc.  Manage resume creation and maintenance.  Assist in proposal support and meeting deadlines set by proposal team.  Manage calendar of events, holiday card ordering and distribution, ordering of branded clothing and business cards.  Serve as system administrator back-up for internal CRM tool.   
Requirements Include:
0-3 years of experience in marketing department, ideally including RFQ/RFP and interview preparation process, content marketing, and brand management
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field is preferred.  Relevant work experience is acceptable.
Proven experience writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience with CRM is a plus (Hubspot is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Professional society participation is a plus (SMPS, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities on a daily basis
Self-motivated, extremely fast-paced and willing to “Break a sweat” for the client
Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, goal oriented and an individual that thinks creatively
Working Conditions
Extensive computer and phone usage
40%- 60% travel is expected
Must be able to lift boxes filled with documents or other media
Able to travel domestically and internationally if required 
Able to work (paid) overtime
