Position Description: You will be responsible to the Project Manager of our client’s Cleaning Validation Program Project. You will develop and manage a document tracking and communication plan, communicating the status of documents generated for the client. This will entail informing the client signatories when they will be seeing documents for review, the timeframe given for review and the status of each document generated by the CAI team. You will be assigned to transfer information and data to standardized formats and correct any formatting issues found.
BS/BA in any field
Experience in planning, task coordination and communication between multiple parties
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated success in ability to achieve defined goals.
Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, formatting documents and presentations of data.
Excellent oral and written English is required
Able to travel domestically and internationally if required
Able to work (paid) overtime
Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or any time or in the future
