CAI are seeking motivated Asset Maintenance & CMMS Administrator Professionals, specifically Blue Mountain RAM, to support biotech and pharmaceutical projects across the country. On any given day we could be responsible for a myriad of things involved in starting a facility, equipment or process up including protocol writing and execution, FAT's SAT's, walk downs and development of summary reports at the client site. 
To get to those diverse projects our people can experience heavy travel. Although some people rarely travel, it is the exception to the rule. It’s not unusual for our employee owners to travel locally M-F to client sites. If the distance is greater, or spans more time zones, we sometimes travel to the site for 10 days then come back for 4. We don’t want to spend our free time in airports or doing laundry to pack again, and we don’t expect our employees to.
Typical Duties:
Responsible for the application and user setup of CMMS software, work order, work planning, and spare part functionality of the software. Provides workflow development and configuration.
Acts as point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the CMMS. Provides support to users for applicable problems and solutions.
Adds, modifies, and grants user access to CMMS. Performs system set-up configuration including permissions levels, user codes, and grid development.
Develops equipment hierarchy and ensures data accuracy. Reviews all data for adherence to hierarchy and errors prior to uploading or input of data. Modifies as necessary.
Monitors data integrity of the CMMS database to support the asset management functions of the company and makes recommendations for procuring the necessary data based on critical need and cost.
Develops reports and dashboard queries and special queries to meet user requirements. Develops graphical Key Performance Indicators, metrics, and screen layouts as required.
Requirements include: 
BS in an Engineering or Science field or equivalent experience
6 years' experience in maintenance planning and CMMS administration specifically in Blue Mountain RAM
Strong MS Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 
Able to travel domestically and internationally if required 
Able to work (paid) overtime 
Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or any time in the future.
