Admin & Accounts Payable Administrator (Part-time/ Full time)

Check us out at We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Payable Administrator for our Asia-Pacific region on a two-year contract basis.
The Admin & Accounts Payable Administrator at CAI will be responsible for the full spectrum of administration and accounts payable functions across the APAC region. Some key areas of responsibility will be admin/facilities management and ensuring the timely processing of employee expenses and supplier invoices on a weekly basis. This person will report directly to the Finance Manager, APAC.
Responsibilities include: -Administration
·         Mailroom duties (collection/dissemination to the appropriate parties)
·         Reviewing employee weekly timesheets, sending out reminders and follow up
·         Procurement i.e. office supplies, stationery, office equipment, dealing with landlord, safety equipment, etc
·         Facilities Management and liaison with building management for repairs and maintenance, building issues, etc
·         Accounts payables including the weekly processing of employee expense claims, supplier invoices and other ad-hoc payments and data entry into the accounting system
·         Setting up of weekly bulk payments for approval, telegraphic transfers and ad-hoc payments in the respective banking systems
·         Generate monthly project reporting for project managers
·         Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
The successful applicant must have:
·         Diploma in Business Administration / Management, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and office administration
·         Living in Singapore as it requires to work in office on a regular bais
·         Good attitude, meticulous with details and pro-active
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Resourceful, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
·         Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Experience with cloud ERP or systems such Intacct and Just Log In will be an advantage
