Charles has more than 35 years in construction management working on complex offices, critical facilities, data centres, hotels, retail, industrial, healthcare projects, and more. His experiences include estimating, budgeting, contract administration, tender proposal and evaluation, design management, construction management, commissioning services, purchasing and financial control. This involves interaction with other project members including in-house professionals, out-sourced consultants and contractors such as architects, engineers, contractors and equipment vendors among others. Charles has extensive experience in site supervision of staff construction activities, specifically relating to project planning and the commissioning of projects. Having completed over 30 projects, Charles clearly demonstrates his ability to effectively schedule, monitor and inspect all aspects of work from start to the customer’s use of the facility.
